BDM

The BDM from Macpan is a new dough handling machine designed to streamline bakery operations. It features a robust frame made from electro-welded, painted steel, with optional coatings in either painted steel or stainless steel. The basins are crafted from anticorodal aluminum with anodizing to ensure durability and resistance to wear. Key functional components such as knives and grids are made from stainless steel 304, which provides excellent hygiene and corrosion resistance. This machine is particularly efficient in processing dough into uniform balls using an oscillating plate, ensuring consistency in weight and shape within seconds. The food zone and plates are composed of polyethylene PE500 and PETG, respectively, which are easy to clean and maintain. The construction includes a quick coupling and uncoupling carters system, making it user-friendly and time-efficient for cleaning and adjustments. Additionally, the option for a fully stainless steel machine is available upon request for environments requiring stringent hygiene standards. The BDM is designed for manual operation, where the pressing, cutting, and rounding stages are controlled via levers and adjusted with a numerical scale yoke. This mechanically driven machine is built for reliability and ease of use, enabling efficient production in any bakery setting.
