Automatic spiral mixer with fixed bowl Mod.Soft

SOFT is a spiral mixer designed for medium soft doughs, with a minimum liquid content of 60%. It features all the requisites of a standard machine: two motors, reverse bowl rotation, 2 timers, possibility of working either in manual or automatic mode and mounted on wheels to facilitate moving it. All parts that come into contact with the product are made from stainless steel as required by the standard.
