Sandore New Magic Single Lane Twin Product Extruder

The Sandore New Magic is a versatile machine for producing cookies or bars with filling. With a production capacity of 100 kg/h plus the filling, it is suitable for small and large pastry laboratories, as well as for markets where typical shortbread biscuits have a very hard filling, such as date paste or almond paste as well as working with sticky products. With adjustable outfeed conveyor belts, it can mechanically cut 90 pieces per minute, or pneumatically cut 120 pieces per minute, with a maximum product size of 60mm. It also benefits from a touchscreen panel, with recipe storage for future use and a range of optional adjustments make this product a flexible addition to the bakery.
