Mech Masz Automatic Bread Slicing and Bagging Line

When packaging high-end bakery products, the bread bagging and packaging line efficiently seals foil bags. Products are manually placed into pre-blown bags on a conveyor. Excess air is removed, and the bag is sealed with a wire clip. Finished products can be taken off manually or collected on a rotary table, and a date printer is integrated into the line. For both paper and plastic bags, our automatic bread packing station (SPA-3000) provides a conveyor with a clipping device and date coding. Sliced bread, pre-inserted into wicket bags, is placed on a feeder. Excess air is removed, and the bag is sealed with a wire clip, which can be date-coded. The finished bag is then ready for manual pickup or collection on a rotating table. This machine includes a device for better bag adherence through air suction and additional air nozzles. The table height is adjustable for precise clip and bread positioning, and it has an air filter. The LCD control panel allows for both manual and automatic operation. The external housing is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, and the unit is fitted with castors and brakes. All covers have electrical protection. The system features a product detector and an empty space detector for efficient clip band usage. Air nozzles assist with bag positioning and initial air removal. A "vacuum" air sucking mode can be selected from the control panel for extended operation. The machine also includes shift and total work capacity counters. It automatically stops when not in operation to save energy and can be programmed for a desired quantity of bread. A thermal printer is also included.
