Jac New Self Automatic Self-Service Bread Slicer

The New Self breadslicer from Jac is an ideal solution for outlets wanting a completely safe option for staff and customers to slice bread automatically. It comes with the Jac patented Intelligent Slicing Control, an automatic pressure and slicing speed control system which adapts the cutting action according to the consistency of the bread. Using 13 steel blades, it can cut loaves up to a dimension of L44cm X W31cm X H16cm and includes a front and rear safety cover as standard. Closing the cover initiates the slicing process and it opens automatically when slicing is complete, ensuring complete safety during use, with Jacfix that holds the loaf together for easier handling when unloading. It also has a removable, ergonomic crumb collector for easy cleaning. With an automatic cutting cycle and a simple user guide, this is the perfect option to allow inexperienced users to slice bread to their own requirements in-store.
