Jac Picomatic Automatic Bread Slicer

The Picomatic breadslicer from Jac is an ideal solution for outlets with limited space for bread slicing, but wishing to benefit from an effective and easy to use automatic slicer. It comes with the Jac patented Intelligent Slicing Control, an automatic pressure and slicing speed control system which adapts the cutting action according to the consistency of the bread. Using 13 steel blades, it can cut loaves up to a dimension of L44cm X W30cm X H18cm and includes a rear safety cover as standard. Closing the cover initiates the slicing process and it opens automatically when slicing is complete, ensuring complete safety during use, with Jacflaps that hold the loaf together for easier handling when unloading. Functioning on a counter-top or on an optional wheeled base, customers can choose to include lockable casters as an additional option. With automatic controls, this top loading slicer has a useful feature of alerting you when blades need changing. This model cuts bread to a thickness slice of 12mm.
