The EVO Tempering machine range features the K24 model which, along with 10 customisable programs, has a host of useful features allowing for smooth supply of chocolate including; temperature control, by means of accurate probes offering continuous feedback and adjustment, heated grill by means of lamps heating the surface allowing for smooth chocolate, ease of change between chocolate products due to rapid emptying of tank, auger screw in stainless-steel for longevity as well as quick reverse motion for cleaning, easy to use and read digital controls which include straightforward set up of program storage and adjustment With a maximum capacity of 24Kgs, this machine is great for traditional use, free flowing chocolate supply, decorating etc. When used intermittently, the decorating programs will ensure the tank is heated to manage the chocolate throughout a long period without crystallisation.
