Bravo Chocolate Magic Carpet

The Bravo Magic Carpet Enrober is the perfect add on to the EVO tempering units to offer full, part or bottom only coating. A 3 zone belt with variable speed adjustment allows for ultimate flexibility across product ranges by means of adjustable speed and height. Partial enrobing can be achieved down to a 2 x 2 cm area with optional accessories and bottom enrobing only achievable with the use of various attachments. Decorating heads allow for uniform 'stracciaella' coating. Fold up construction allows for this enrober to provide decorative options without the imposing presence of a standalone enrobing machine.
