Offering good belt sizes, it's flexible to use with larger dough blocks, while also allowing control over the reduction of the pastry thickness with intuitive controls. The mobile floorstanding machine features fold up arms, which can be stored when not in use, making it easily accessible within the production space. 600mm wide belts with a length of 1600mm on either side make this model suitable for smaller production environments or for sites where on demand sheeting is minimal. The manual two-way belt control and roller gap adjustment offers the most control, with up to 50kgs of dough being processed per hour. A 0-30mm roller gap means a level of manipulation is required prior to sheeting to prepare the dough block ahead of reducing the thickness.
