Ahlborn Liftboy Manual Oven Loader

Ahlborn’s ‘Liftboy’ oven loading devices are a great option for introducing bulk oven loading to a process. The Liftboy is manually driven and uses counterweight for the load of the setter. Ideal for bakeries looking to streamline the loading and unloading process, the system can be operated with just one user, therefore saving time while achieving a smooth operation. Suitable for ovens with a maximum deck depth of 2400mmm and a maximum deck width of 1080mm, these loading devices can load decks as low as 460mm off the ground. The maximum deck height to be loaded is flexible but, due to the manual operation, the workable height of the users must be considered. The loaves are placed on the setter, then the setter is pushed into the oven manually and the loaves are dropped onto the ovens surface. For unloading, the unloading roller is positioned on the side of the setter and the process then reversed.
