This helps you reduce waste and can even create new products for sale. The entire machine is made from high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304), built to last and easy to keep clean. To make sure it meets the highest hygiene standards, the whole machine is specially treated to create a super smooth surface, making all the joins neat and giving it a great look. Safe and Easy to Use The grinder has a large hopper at the top, so you can put in more material to grind at once. The hopper is strengthened to make it more resistant to impacts, and its rim is bent over to protect you from any injuries. A special rubber seal protects the opening to the grinding area. This stops too much dust from escaping and also protects the knives and motor from getting overloaded if you put too much in. The height of the feed pipe is also carefully chosen to keep your hands away from the knives and the inside of the grinding chamber. Changing the seal is easy too, thanks to a special tightening ring. Powerful Grinding Two fast-moving knives do the hard work. The top knife cuts the product first, and the bottom knife then crushes it, pushing it through a sieve to get the right crumb size. For your safety, a sensor prevents the machine from starting if the discharge opening is open. You can change the size of your crumbs by using different sieves. The grinder comes with three sieves as standard, with holes of 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm. If you need different sizes, we can provide sieves from 1mm up to 10mm. To keep things tidy and prevent dust, the connection between the sieve and the hopper is sealed with a special gasket. The hopper itself is easy to open and close with a clip, and you don't need any tools to open it or change the sieve. This is a real time-saver! Our grinder also comes with a handy bag clip, so you can easily attach a bag to collect the ground product. Stable and Practical Design The entire machine stands on four wide legs for excellent stability. These legs have adjustable feet, so you can level the grinder on any floor. For easier moving, the legs also have special bars that allow a pallet truck to lift and move the grinder without any fuss. The motor is placed at the very bottom of the machine, which makes it very stable and almost impossible to tip over. For quick maintenance, all the electrical parts are in a box at the back of the machine, making them easy to get to.
