With a compact, tabletop footprint, these machines can be supplied with one hopper from a range of three sizes, enabling a suitable set up for all applications from doughnut jamming, to jar filling. The Minifill Electric 260 is a uprated model that can process many soft products including jams, marmalades, cream, custard and mousse as well as heavier consistencies such as muffin batters, mashed potato and chocolate spread.
