The table top STM514 model offers a compact footprint that sits conveniently on a bench, also benefitting from fold up arms that can be stored when not in use. 500mm wide belts with a length of 1000mm on either side, make this model suitable for constant use in smaller production environments, or for sites where on demand sheeting is minimal. The manual two-way belt control and roller gap adjustment offers the most control, with up to 50kgs of dough being processed per hour. A 0-30mm roller gap means a level of manipulation is required prior to sheeting to prepare the dough block ahead of reducing the thickness.
