The De Danieli electric cooker is suitable for restaurants, caterers, confectioners, farm shops, and more. It can handle medium-low density products, such as custards, sauces, concentrates, risottos, syrups, ice-cream bases and works effectively with indirect heat and continuous stirring. With a double lid and a tilting kettle, this 30 litre model has a temperature range of 20-160°C, variable speed options, and a removable mixing tool with side and bottom scraper.
