The line is composed of a conveyor belt, cake leveling device, syrup dosing unit with a 40 litre stainless steel hopper, a volumetric doser for the first layer of filling with a 60 litre stainless-steel hopper, an adjustable extrusion manifold for filling, a volumetric doser for the second layer of filling with a 60 litre stainless-steel hopper, a second adjustable extrusion manifold for filling.
