The SHG Horizontal Filling Lines by Gorreri are versatile units designed for precision and efficiency in filling various products that can adapt to different production needs such as filling jams, creams, and highly viscous creams. Featuring a stainless-steel AISI 304 structure, ensuring durability and hygiene and a 40 litre hopper, this range is mounted on a trolley and mechanically driven by a frequency converter. The injection head is a critical component and the rapid advancement (needles insertion) and slow return movement ensure a uniform distribution of the filling, meaning whether you’re working with sweet spreads or thick fillings, the SHG series can handle them effectively. With a belt made with special spacers for the housing of the products, a pneumatic product pusher then moves the filled products to a clear area for packaging. Managed through a PLC Touch Screen with programming for 50 different recipes, the range has an easy to remove belt and injection needles with a special quick release system without using tools, making it user friendly and easy to maintain.
