Trima K2, 2 Pocket Roll Plant

This 2-pocket Trima automatic dough divider and rounder, creates products to a hand-made quality while being very simple and easy to use. It uses proven molding principles with a plate grinder plate type and has manual hand-wheel operation or via a touch screen panel. With easy settings to control weight, speed and molding pocket, this model can be combined with a G2 prover, long roller and hole pricker, it can also processes very soft, cool and sticky doughs, making it a great all-rounder in the bakery. It's stainless-steel design makes it easy to clean and it's small footprint and compact design, with the added benefit of it being on wheels, means it can be easily maintained and manouevred on the bakery floor.
